How to add funds from Santander Bank

Follow these simple steps to transfer funds from your Santander Bank account to DolarApp:

🛠️ Steps to Transfer Funds:

  1. Log in to your Santander Bank account.

    • You can do this from the mobile app or the web portal.

  2. ➕ Choose the "New Transfer" option.

    • Then, select "New Recipient" to add the account details provided by DolarApp.

📌 Important:

  • Do not change the country—it should automatically show Ireland.

  • In the "Name" field, enter "Bridge Building", as the accounts are currently business accounts, not personal.


📲 Where to Find Banking Details in DolarApp:

  1. Open the DolarApp app.

  2. Select the "Receive" tab from the bottom menu and then choose "Euros".

  3. Complete the Euro account verification if you haven’t done so already.

    • Note: The account type is Business.


✍️ Complete the Banking Details in Santander Bank:

  1. Enter the following details in Banco Santander:

    • Recipient Name: Bridge Building.

    • Country: Ireland.

    • Account Type: Business.

    • Personal IBAN: The one provided in your DolarApp.

  2. Verify that all details are correct.

  3. Click "Confirm" to complete the transfer.

    • If you save the recipient for future payments, you can assign any alias you prefer.


Processing Time:

SEPA transfers are usually immediate (select SEPA in your bank). However, if there is an error in the entered details, the transfer may take up to 48 business hours to be credited after requesting a review from support.
