🛠️ Steps to Transfer Funds:
Log in to your CaixaBank account.
You can do this from the mobile app or the web portal.
➕ Choose the "Transfers" option.
Then, select "To an Account" to add the account details provided by DolarApp.
Select the account you wish to transfer funds from.
Choose "To one of my trusted accounts".
📌 Important:
Do not modify the country—it should automatically show Ireland.
In the "Name" field, enter the name shown in your DolarApp account. Currently, accounts are business accounts, and the recipient is Bridge Building.
📲 Where to Find Banking Details in DolarApp:
Open the DolarApp app.
From the bottom menu, select the "Receive" tab and then "Euros".
Complete the Euro account verification if you haven’t done so already.
Note: The account type is Business.
✍️ Complete the Banking Details in CaixaBank:
Enter the following information in CaixaBank:
Account Number / Personal IBAN: The one provided in your DolarApp.
Recipient Name: Bridge Building.
Country: Ireland.
Account Type: Business.
Amount: Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
Fees Option: Choose CaixaBank fees charged to your account, and the rest of the fees charged to the recipient (SHA).
Address: Enter the address for Poland as the system requests the recipient's address.
Verify all details are correct.
Click "Confirm" to complete the transfer.
Enter your CaixaBank password to finalize the process.
⏳ Processing Time:
SEPA transfers are usually immediate (make sure to select SEPA in your bank). However, if there is an error in the entered details, the transfer may take up to 48 business hours to be credited after requesting a review from support.
