🛠️ Steps to Transfer Funds:
Log in to your BoursoBank account.
You can do this from the mobile app or the web portal.
➕ Choose the "Virements" option.
Then, select virement immédiat.
Choose the account from which you wish to transfer funds.
Select Nouveau bénéficiaire and then Compte d'un tiers.
A security question or a reminder to never share details outside official bank channels may appear.
This is where you will add your account details provided by DolarApp.
📌 Important:
In the Personnaliser le nom de ce compte field, enter the "Name" shown in your DolarApp account. Currently, the accounts are business accounts, and the recipient is Bridge Building.
You may be asked to re-enter this information for verification purposes.
📲 Where to Find Banking Details in DolarApp:
Open the DolarApp app.
Select the "Recibir" tab from the bottom menu and then "Euros".
Complete the Euro account verification if you haven’t done so already.
Note: The account type is Business.
✍️ Complete the Banking Details in BoursoBank:
Enter the following information in BoursoBank:
Country: Ireland.
Personal IBAN: The one provided in your DolarApp.
Recipient Name: Bridge Building.
Account Type: Business.
Amount: Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
Verify all details are correct.
Click "Confirmer" to finalize the transfer.
📩 Confirm the security code sent to your registered phone number or email.
⏳ Processing Time:
SEPA transfers are usually immediate (make sure to select SEPA in your bank). However, if there is an error in the entered details, the transfer may take up to 48 business hours to be credited after requesting a review from support.
