🛠️ Steps to Transfer Funds:
Log in to your Barclays account.
You can do this from the mobile app or the web portal.
➕ Choose the "International Payments" option.
Then, select the account you wish to transfer funds from.
Enter the amount you wish to send.
At this step, you will see if currency conversion is required and the applicable exchange rate.
Add the beneficiary details.
Enter the details assigned to your DolarApp account.
📌 Important:
In the "Name" field, enter the name shown in your DolarApp account. Currently, accounts are business accounts, and the recipient is Bridge Building.
📲 Where to Find Banking Details in DolarApp:
Open the DolarApp app.
Select the "Recibir" tab from the bottom menu and then "Euros".
Complete the Euro account verification if you haven’t done so already.
Note: The account type is Business.
✍️ Complete the Banking Details in Barclays:
Enter the following information in Barclays:
Country: Ireland.
Personal IBAN: The one provided in your DolarApp.
Recipient Name: Bridge Building.
Account Type: Business.
Amount: Enter the amount you wish to send.
Verify that all details are correct.
Click "Confirm" to complete the transfer.
📩 Reminder:
Ensure you have a card linked to the account from which you wish to send funds.
⏳ Processing Time:
SEPA transfers are usually immediate (make sure to select SEPA in your bank). However, if there is an error in the entered details, the transfer may take up to 48 business hours to be credited after requesting a review from support.
