Log in to your Deutsche Bank account.
This can be done via the mobile app or the web portal.
➕ Select the "Überweisung" option.
Then, add the IBAN in "Empfänger IBAN". The "Empfängername" field should be automatically filled.
In this case, the beneficiary’s name is not required.
📲 Where to Find Banking Details in DolarApp:
Open the DolarApp app.
Select the "Receive" tab from the bottom menu and then "Euros".
Complete the Euro account verification if you haven’t done so already.
Note: The account type is Business.
✍️ Complete the Banking Details in Deutsche Bank:
Enter the following information in Deutsche Bank:
Personal IBAN: The one provided in your DolarApp.
Amount: Enter the amount you wish to send.
Verify all details are correct.
Click "Freigeben" to complete the transfer.
📩 Confirm the security code sent to your registered phone number or email.
⏳ Processing Time:
SEPA transfers are usually immediate (make sure to select SEPA in your bank). However, if there is an error in the entered details, the transfer may take up to 48 business hours for review and resolution.
