Your Euro transfer may be returned because of the following reasons:
Incorrect account details
Ensure that the recipient account details are correct. If the recipient account details are incorrect, the transfer may not reach your DolarApp account and could potentially be returned.
Transfer is different from SEPA
You can only receive SEPA transactions in your assigned IBAN. If you haven't received the transaction you're expecting in your balance, you can check with your bank's support to verify that the transaction you sent was a SEPA transaction and not another type, such as SWIFT (which we do not accept).
