Your Euro transfer may be returned because of the following reasons:
Euro accounts partner outage
Due to a temporary partner outage, deposits into Euro DolarApp accounts initiated by an individual who's name doesn't exactly match the name of the DolarApp account holder, may be automatically returned to origin. You can still top up from accounts in your name, and you can still receive EUR from businesses and payroll providers.
Incorrect account details
Ensure that the recipient account details are correct. If the recipient account details are incorrect, the transfer may not reach your DolarApp account and could potentially be returned.
