Terms & Conditions – “Formula 1 Experience Mexico 2025”

Dolarapp México, S.A. de C.V. (“DolarApp”) issues these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) to govern participation in the promotional campaign (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is valid exclusively for DolarApp users who mention their $tag (dolartag) and another user in the Instagram and/or TikTok post, and spend more than $300 USDc by the end of the Promotion Period (the “Eligibility Criteria”).

The Promotion will begin on September 25, 2025, and end on October 19, 2025 at 17:00 (Central Mexico Time), both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). All events meeting the Eligibility Criteria must occur within the Promotion Period to be considered valid.

Participation is open only to natural persons who meet the Eligibility Criteria, which, for clarity, are:

Corporate or institutional users are not eligible to participate.

Each eligible participant will accrue one (1) participation point in the Promotion for every $1 USDc transacted using a DolarApp card during the Promotion Period. Points are accumulated automatically based on transactions that meet the requirements and reflect the user’s level of participation in the Promotion.

Transactions associated with financial services will not be considered eligible— including, but not limited to, MCC categories 6011, 6012, 4829, 4829, 6211, 6051— as well as ATM withdrawals, and payments at online merchants that offer gift cards.

At the end of the Promotion Period, DolarApp will select one (1) participant via a review of eligible activity, taking into account point accumulation as well as other factors such as transactional behavior, consistency, and overall engagement with DolarApp. Selection will be at DolarApp’s sole discretion, based on a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the participant’s activity. While a higher number of points may increase the chance of being selected, it does not guarantee selection.

The selected participant will be eligible to receive the Prize: a trip to attend Formula 1 in Mexico City (tickets for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) for 2 people, with hotel included, and up to $2,000 USDc to cover flight expenses from any Latin American country and stay (the “Prize”).

DolarApp will deliver the Prize before the start of Formula 1.

Visibility Requirements: The winner must make a post on their social media mentioning @getdolarapp. Their account must be set to public to allow DolarApp to share the content.

Content during the trip: During their stay in Mexico City, the winner must share content on their personal Instagram and/or TikTok account consisting of:

Personal Data Processing: By participating, you agree that DolarApp may obtain, retain, and use your name and Instagram and/or TikTok content solely to manage this contest and share your post on its official channels, in accordance with DolarApp’s Privacy Policy.

The winner will be publicly announced on October 20, 2025, through DolarApp’s official social media channels, including Instagram. The selected participant must acknowledge acceptance of the prize via the same communication method used, at DolarApp’s discretion.

If DolarApp is unable to contact the winner after two (2) attempts by October 20, 2025, DolarApp reserves the right to select an alternate winner under the same conditions.

Any taxes, fees, or charges arising from the receipt or use of the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner, according to the laws of their country of residence. Additionally, any procedures or requirements to enter and leave Mexico are the sole responsibility of the winner, releasing DolarApp from any liability in this regard.

DolarApp reserves the right to cancel any transaction, operation, or registration that, due to its characteristics, may violate the eligibility conditions described in these Terms and Conditions.

DolarApp reserves the right to terminate this Promotion at any time or to deny the Prize in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or illegal actions to obtain benefits. DolarApp may, at its sole discretion, cancel, modify, alter, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material change will be communicated to Users and will take effect immediately upon publication.

If the Promotion is modified or canceled, the rights under this Promotion will be granted to successful Users up to the exact date and time of cancellation.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
