If you were moved between referral campaigns or your campaign’s invitation period ended, you may notice that your referrals no longer appear in the “Track my invitations” section of the new campaign. Don’t worry — here we explain what’s happening and how to find your past invitations:
How to find your past invitations
Go to the app menu by tapping the icon in the top-left corner of the home screen.
Scroll down until you find the “Referrals” section.
Enter to see all the campaigns in which you have referred friends.
Open each one — you’ll be able to see the status of your referrals.
Your referrals are still active, and you can still earn rewards
When you move from one campaign to another, your previous referrals stop appearing in the “Track my invitations” section of the new campaign, but they remain active in our system. You will still receive your rewards once the people you invited complete all required steps (for example, verifying their account or making their first transaction).
You can’t send new invites under the old campaign
The only change is that you cannot send new invitations under the previous campaign. However, you can continue to invite friends and earn rewards under the new campaign that’s now active.
In case no active campaigns appear on your account
It is possible that you don’t have any active campaigns assigned at the moment. Don’t worry — new campaigns are added regularly! We recommend checking back in a few days or weeks. For now, referrals can only be submitted once you’re part of an active campaign.
You can only refer with the campaign showing up in your app
If a campaign doesn’t appear in your app, then you can’t refer under that campaign. You can only refer if a campaign appears in your app, and only under that campaign’s conditions.
