Starting in November 2025, we will begin updating our users' account details in Europe/Euros in order to receive transfers more reliably.
Your new account details have already been progressively updated in your accounts and can be viewed in the app. The old account details in euros will be deactivated on December 3.
Where can I see my new EUR account details?
Your new EUR account details are already available in the app when you go to “Add” and choose “Euros”.
What do I need to do?
If you've shared your old account details anywhere (e.g. for direct deposits or recurring payments), please update them as soon as possible.
What if I make a transfer to my old account details?
Transfers sent to your old account after December 3rd may be returned. You can find your new account info anytime in the app.
How can I tell if the update has already happened for me, and which are my old and which are my new account details?
Your account details containing Ireland 🇮🇪 as the country are the old ones, which will stop working at the end of November. If you see your account details say Luxembourg 🇱🇺 as the country, then you have the new ones already!
