Which entities are applicable to my account? (Argentina)

Virtual asset intermediation services are provided in Argentina by DolarApp México S.A. de C.V., RFC DME210525LC7, a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registered under No. 92 dated 11/20/2024 in the Registry of Virtual Asset Service Providers of the CNV. This registration is for oversight purposes as an Obligated Subject before the Financial Information Unit (UIF) and any other regulatory authority empowered for such purpose within the scope of their competencies, and does not imply licensing or supervision by the National Securities Commission over the activities carried out by the VASP.

Virtual asset custody services are provided by DolarApp México S.A. de C.V., based in Mexico, RFC DME210525LC7, through agreements with third parties. The entity is duly registered with the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and complies with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illicit Funds (LFPIORPI) and other applicable regulatory provisions.

Services related to accounts and local payments in Argentine pesos are provided by Garpa S.A., CUIT No. 30-71658957-5. Garpa is a Payment Service Provider and is not authorized by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic to operate as a financial institution. Funds deposited in payment accounts do not constitute deposits in a financial institution, nor do they have any of the guarantees that such deposits may enjoy under the applicable laws and regulations governing deposits in financial institutions.

Users’ balances in pesos may be invested in the Mutual Investment Fund called MEGAQM Pesos, managed by MEGA QM S.A. (management company) and held in custody by BANCO DE SERVICIOS Y TRANSACCIONES S.A. (depositary company). For subscription and redemption purposes, the intermediation of DMA Broker S.A., Clearing and Settlement Agent (Proprietary) No. 236 and Comprehensive Placement and Distribution Agent for Mutual Funds (ACDI) No. 151 of the National Securities Commission, will be used.
