Steps to close your account
Go to the app menu
Tap the icon with your initials or profile picture located in the top-left corner of the screen to open the menu.
Go to “Personal Information”
Scroll down and tap on “Close account”
Enter your password and confirm the closure of your account.
Considerations when closing your DolarApp account
Make sure you don’t have any available balance in any of your wallets when closing your account.
You cannot have a negative balance in any wallet at the time of closing your account.
You cannot have transactions in “Pending” or “Blocked” status when closing your account.
If you have a Wealth Account in DolarApp, the total value of your portfolio must be $0.
