Update your registered phone number

The registered phone number is the only access to your DolarApp account, so it is important that if you are going to make any changes to it, you update it with us so you don't lose access to your account.

To proceed with the update, please help us provide the next information:

  • Current phone number registered

  • New phone number

  • Country code of new phone number

  • Selfie of yourself holding an ID (for security concerns)

    Once you provide us with the information above, either through the support chat or at help@dolarapp.com, one of our agents will make the corresponding change within the next 24 business hours.

    Please note that this change will log you out of your current session and you will need to log in with the new phone number now.
