What Documents Are Valid to Verify My Source of Income?
The required documents vary based on your country of residence and the type of income source. Here’s a detailed list:
1. Full-Time Employee
⚠️ Employment letters or certificates are not accepted as valid proof of income.
For Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico – submit one of the following:
Employment or service contract (if over 1 year old, must include a payslip).
Most recent payslip.
Tax return filed with the local authority (DIAN, SAT, AFIP).
For Brazil:
Tax return from the last fiscal year.
2. Freelancer or Self-Employed
For Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico – submit all of the following:
Invoices for services rendered.
Bank statements.
For Brazil:
Tax return from the last fiscal year.
3. Business or Company Income
For Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico – submit all of the following:
Company incorporation deed.
Financial statements.
