What are transaction limits?
The transaction limits of your DolarApp account establish the maximum amounts you can receive or send through bank transfers in a single month to your main account.
Transaction limits do not apply to deposits, withdrawals, or order creation in your Investment Account.
Transaction limits in DolarApp apply to two types of transactions:
Top-ups or deposits to your main account: transfers from bank accounts or other DolarApp users.
Withdrawals from your main account: transfers from your DolarApp account to bank accounts or other users.
Transfers between DolarApp users: internal transfers also count toward the monthly transaction limit.
I’ve reached my monthly limit and have a blocked transfer — can I partially credit it?
If you received a transfer into your DolarApp main account and the total amount of the transfer exceeds your remaining available limit, it is not possible to partially credit the transfer. You must have the full available limit amount to be able to credit it.
Example:
Your monthly transaction limit is 15,000 USDc.
You’ve already used 12,500 USDc, so you have 2,500 USDc available.
You receive a transfer of 5,000 USDc, which exceeds your monthly limit.
We cannot partially credit (2,500 USDc) of your transfer. To credit it, you must have the full amount available within your monthly limit.
