Rewards can take up to 5 business days
After your referral completes all the required steps (for example, verifying their account or making their first transaction), the reward may take up to 5 business days to be credited. We recommend waiting this time before reaching out to our support team.
Some merchants may be excluded
If your campaign included making a purchase with your card, the merchant you may have paid at may be excluded. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, certain websites or merchants may not participate in the referral campaign. Additionally, we may update or exclude sites during the campaign period. We therefore recommend completing a new payment with the card.
If the email address introduced in the referral link does not match the one used to open the account, unfortunately, you will not be able to receive the rewards
If the new user did not register with the same email address that was entered in the link shared by their referrer, the invitation will not count, and therefore, the users will not be eligible to receive the reward. Unfortunately, there is no solution we can offer in this case.
