What is the DolarApp Experience?
The DolarApp Experience is a two-day pop-up store taking place at Praça da Baleia – Faria Lima, São Paulo, on December 11–12, 2025.
At the event, we’ll sell selected U.S. products at the same price they cost in the U.S., converted to Brazilian reais, so you can see the real savings of using the DolarApp Global Card!
It’s a temporary pop up event only for 2 days, not a permanent store.

What do I need to enter?
Download the DolarApp app on iOS or Android
Complete the signup process
Is entry in the store guaranteed?
No. Entry is first come, first served, and depends on to queue capacity.
Is there a priority line?
Yes. Users with 2+ completed referrals (see more below about referrals) will get access to the priority lane.
How many products can I buy?
Each person can purchase 1 product.
PRODUCTS & PRICING
Why do the prices follow U.S. pricing?
To show you how much you save using the DolarApp Global Card, which converts BRL → USDc/EURc with a total cost of 0.5% (about 10× cheaper than typical market alternatives).
Do prices include taxes and product variations?
Yes. Prices include U.S. taxes and model configurations (color, storage, carrier, etc.).
Do the products have warranty?
Yes:
Original manufacturer warranty
DolarApp covers the first 90 days after purchase (until March 11, 2026)
After that, support is directly with the manufacturer
Can I exchange or return?
Only in case of manufacturing defects.

REFERRALS & PRIORITY
How does priority work?
As soon as you have 2 or more completed referrals, you will gain access to the priority line.
Does priority activate immediately?
Yes. Once your DolarApp app shows 2+ completed referrals, you’re eligible right away.
How do I make a referral?
You have to complete a few simple steps:
Open the app, go to the main screen, and then tap the "gift box" located in the upper right corner
By tapping on it, you will be able to see the active campaign and the necessary conditions
Share your link or QR code. Make sure your friend signs up using your link
For your referral to show as "completed", your friend needs to fulfil the conditions of the campaign (create a DolarApp account and deposit $10 USDc)

Is there parking?
No. Please use nearby parking lots.

Can the queue close early?
Yes. If demand is high, the queue may close before the event ends.
Is there a virtual queue or scheduling?
No. All access is via in-person queueing.
