I’m having issues receiving the text message or SMS with the security code

Security codes with 6 digits are essential to ensure secure access to your DolarApp account.

If you are not receiving the text message (SMS) with the 6-digit security code required to log in to DolarApp, check the following points:

What to do in this case?

  1. Check your connection and signal

    • Make sure your device has a good mobile signal and a stable connection.

  2. Make sure you are using the correct phone number

    • Some users enter the wrong phone number, not associated with DolarApp, when trying to log in, so they never receive the security code.

  3. Check message blocking or spam folders

    • Confirm that the text messages are not being filtered into your phone’s spam or junk folder.

  4. Receiving messages abroad

    • If you are in another country for an extended period, update the phone number associated with your DolarApp account to ensure uninterrupted access.

  5. Delete and reinstall the app

    • In some cases, reinstalling the app may help resolve the problem. Try this solution before contacting our support team.
