If you made a transfer to your DolarApp account and it’s not reflected yet, it’s important to consider that the issuing entities have their own processing times and transfer types 🇦🇷. Here’s what you can do in these cases.

Steps to Follow

  1. Check the sending timeline with the issuing entity:

    • Contact your bank or digital wallet to confirm the processing times for the transfer.

  2. Gather the necessary information:

    • Once the timeframe indicated by the issuing entity has passed, make sure you have:

      • The transaction receipt.

      • The Coelsa ID, a key identifier to track your transfer.

  3. Share the information with us:

    • Send the receipt and the Coelsa ID through our support channel. This will allow us to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
