Usually, U.S. transactions, whether top-ups or withdrawals have an estimated time of arrival:
Wire loads: up to 48 business hours.
ACH loads: between 3 and 6 business days.
Withdrawals: Currently, we only handle ACH withdrawals, and these can be sent from our bank in 2 to 5 business days and credited to the destination bank in an additional 48 hours by manual revisions outside DolarApp.
However, what happens with those that exceeded this time and what should you do as a user?
Contact our support team at DolarApp, either through the support chat within the app or by email at help@dolarapp.com.
Remember to count business days (weekends, national holidays, or US holidays are not counted), some operations arrive just within the time limit and this does not depend on DolarApp but on the US banking system.
