How long does it take a USD transfer from a US bank to DolarApp?
When you receive payments from the United States through our app, we use traditional ACH (Automated Clearing House) and Wire methods to ensure the security of your transactions. 🙌
We work with the U.S. financial system's clearing method, so transactions are subject to certain verifications and internal processes. This means that your ACH may take 3 to 6 business days to complete, and your Wire may take up to 48 business hours to be reflected in your balance.
📌 About PayPal transfers
Although, in most cases, transfers from PayPal to DolarApp are processed in 3 to 6 business days. There are cases where the transfer may take 15 or more business days to be reflected in your DolarApp account.
What to do if a charge has not been credited?
If the estimated time has passed, we recommend that you contact your bank for more information on the status of the transfer. The action to take will depend on whether the load was made via ACH or WIRE:
For ACH transfers, we will need the TRACE ID data, a 15-18-digit code, to track the transfer with your bank.
For WIRE transfers: We will require the IMAD, a 22-digit code composed of numbers and letters. It usually looks like this: 20240516MMQFMPD1000444 (starts with the date of your shipment YY-MM-DD).
