ACH transfers typically take 3 to 6 business days to complete. This process depends on the U.S. financial system's clearing method, which includes certain verifications and internal processes.Wire Transfers:
Wire transfers are generally completed within 48 business hours.
About PayPal Transfers:
PayPal to DolarApp:
Transfers from PayPal to DolarApp usually take 3 to 6 business days. However, in some cases, the transfer may take 15 or more business days to be reflected in your DolarApp account.
Important Information About Transfer Status:
Some external platforms may notify you that the transfer has been sent, but this does not mean the transfer has already arrived at our bank. It means that the transfer is still in process.
The time it takes for the transfer to arrive will depend on the U.S. bank’s processing times.
Estimated Time for Crediting:
The estimated time for crediting your balance is typically between 3 and 6 business days, depending on the transfer method used.
What to Do If a Transfer Has Not Been Credited:
If the estimated time has passed and the transfer hasn't been credited, follow these steps:
For ACH Transfers:
Contact your bank for more information about the status of the transfer.
Provide the TRACE ID—a 15 to 18-digit code—to help track the transfer with your bank.
For Wire Transfers:
Contact your bank and provide the IMAD—a 22-digit code—which typically looks like this:
