Note: To link your DolarApp US account to Citibank, you must complete the linking process from a web browser on a computer, as the mobile app may encounter errors.
Log in to your Citi account
Add the recipient account
Click on "Your External Accounts" and then select "Add it here" under "Don't see your external account?" Finally, you will see a "Link Account Manually" button.
Access DolarApp and find your US account details
In the bottom menu, go to the "Receive" tab and select "Dollars".
(Complete the US account verification if not already done).
It is a checking account.
If you have the option and will be sending a Wire, always select 'Domestic Wire' at your bank.
Complete the banking details from Citibank
Enter the banking details of the US account from Citibank and confirm all the details are correct. Click "Confirm".
