If you made a transfer in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and it hasn’t yet appeared in your DolarApp account, here’s how you can check the status of your transaction.

To locate your transfer more effectively, we’ll need the COELSA ID, also known as the identification code.


What is the COELSA ID?

It’s an alphanumeric code with 22 characters (composed of letters and numbers).

It typically looks like this: 46YGOW9MJJPDMK8P9EXD8J.

You can find it in the transaction details provided by your bank or digital wallet.


Do you already have your COELSA ID?

If you’ve located your COELSA ID, click the following link to check the status of your transaction:

What to do if you can’t find the COELSA ID?

  1. Check your bank receipt:
    Look for the code in the details of the transfer.

  2. If it’s not available, contact your bank or digital wallet’s customer service.

  3. Contact DolarApp support:
