The ATM withdrawal limit is 600 USD per week. The week is counted from the moment you make your first ATM withdrawal.
If you want to remove this limit, you must send proof of your cash expenses to limits@dolarapp.com.
Here is a list of valid proofs:
Purchase receipts
Rental agreements/contracts
Utility bills paid in cash
Transportation tickets, etc.
