The limit for withdrawals at ATMs is 600 USDc per week for users with accounts registered in Colombia.
The week starts counting from the moment you make your first withdrawal.
How to remove the limit?
If your account is registered in Colombia and you need to withdraw more than 600 USDc per week, you can request the removal of the limit by sending proof of your cash expenses through the in-app support chat.
Valid documents as proof
To justify your cash expenses, you can send any of the following documents:
Purchase invoices.
Lease contracts.
Receipts for utility bills paid in cash.
Transportation tickets.
Other documents supporting your cash expenses.
