How do micro-deposits or micro-amounts work?
Updated over a week ago

You will see the terms “Micro-deposit” or “micro-amount” in some banks or financial platforms the first time you try to link them with your USD account that we give you in DolarApp because it is a verification of the counterparty to confirm that the account is active and can receive funds without inconveniences.

It refers to transfers of small amounts, generally less than a dollar or two. Usually, they can arrive in your DolarApp account in 1 to 5 business days, and once you receive them you must enter those amounts in your bank or financial platform that requested them.

What should you do if you do not receive the micro-deposits in the estimated time?

You can check with the bank or financial platform that issued them to confirm that there were no problems or that you entered the correct information.

Where should you go if you have any doubts?

Remember that in DolarApp we are always at your service for whatever you need, our support team can be found in the internal chat of the app or by email at help@dolarapp.com.

The Lead Bank or Bridge team will not be able to assist you, because your USD account is processed through DolarApp, which is why you should always go to our regular channels.
