What to do in case of theft or loss of my DolarCard?

You can freeze the card and fill out the report to request cancellation of the card in the support chat. 💳

Once the case is completed, you will receive notification about the status of your card, which should be already cancelled. 👌

You will then be able to request a new card directly in the "Cards" section of the app. 🙌
