How to Cancel Your Card in the App

You can cancel your card directly from the app in just four steps:

  1. Go to the "Cards" section:

    • Open the app and go to the "Cards" section.

  2. Select the card:

    • Choose the card you want to cancel.

  3. Configure the card:

    • Click on the settings icon (⚙️) located in the top right corner of your screen.

  4. Delete the card:

    • Select the "Delete card" option and confirm the action.


Request a New Card

Once you've canceled your lost or stolen card:

  1. Go back to the "Cards" section in the app.

  2. Request a new physical or virtual card based on your preference. 🙌
