I have trouble verifying my identity

If you’re having difficulties verifying your identity in DolarApp, follow these steps:

1. Check your connection and device settings

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

  • Verify that the camera has permissions enabled in your device settings.

2. Check the quality of the photo

  • Your ID document must be clear and legible. Please note that only a photo of your physical ID is accepted in Colombia, Argentina and Mexico. In Brazil, we accept both physical and digital format of the ID document.

  • Find a place with good lighting and avoid reflections or glare in the photo.

  • Make sure the entire ID appears within the frame of the camera.
