Membership Plans and Automatic Renewal
When you subscribe to DolarApp Premium, you can choose between two available plans:
Monthly Plan:
Enjoy your membership for one month.
Automatic charge will be made 24 hours before the start of the new period.
Example:
You purchase your membership on March 15, 2024.
Your Premium benefits will be active until April 15, 2024.
The next charge will be automatically processed on April 14, 2024.
Annual Plan:
Enjoy your membership for one year.
Automatic charge will be made 24 hours before the start of the new period.
Example:
You purchase your membership on March 15, 2024.
Your Premium benefits will be active until March 15, 2025.
The next charge will be automatically processed on March 13, 2025.
What happens if there is insufficient balance to renew?
Automatic Charge:
We will attempt to charge the next period automatically from your digital dollar (USDc) balance.
If the balance is insufficient, we will try to make the charge from other wallets available in your account.
Renewal Failure:
If we fail to process the payment within the 24 hours prior to the new period, your Premium membership will be automatically canceled.
You will lose immediate access to all your benefits.
Accumulated Balance:
If you have cashback or accumulated earnings in your account, they will be automatically transferred to your USDc balance, so you won’t lose anything.
How to avoid cancellation?
Make sure to maintain sufficient balance in your account for automatic renewal.
