I don't see the cashback from one of my DolarCard purchases

Why isn’t my cashback being added?

If a purchase made with your DolarCard is in "Pending" status, it will not be added to your cashback balance until it changes to "Completed" status. Purchases are only eligible for cashback once they are completed.

Purchases in a currency other than your local currency

Only purchases made in your local currency generate 1% cashback. All international purchases and purchases in other currencies are not eligible for cashback.

Example: If your account is in Mexico and you make purchases in MXN, these will be eligible for 1% cashback. However, if you purchase is in USD, EUR, or any other currency, these are not eligible for cashback.

What should I do if I think there is an error?

If you believe there is an issue with the cashback of a transaction, follow these steps:

  1. Check the status of the purchase:

    • Make sure the purchase is in "Completed" status and not still in "Pending".

  2. Contact us:

    • In-app chat: Go to the Profile section and contact our support team.

    • Email: Send us an email at help@dolarapp.com with the following details:

      • Transaction date.

      • Purchase amount.

      • Description of the issue.
