Why isn’t my cashback being added?
If a purchase made with your DolarCard is in "Pending" status, it will not be added to your cashback balance until it changes to "Completed" status. Purchases are only eligible for cashback once they are completed.
What should I do if I think there is an error?
If you believe there is an issue with the cashback of a transaction, follow these steps:
Check the status of the purchase:
Make sure the purchase is in "Completed" status and not still in "Pending".

Transaction date.
Purchase amount.
Description of the issue.
