What Are Transaction Limits?

The transaction limits on your DolarApp account define the maximum amounts you can send or receive via bank transfers within a single month.

At DolarApp, transaction limits apply to two types of operations:

  • Top-ups or deposits: Transfers from bank accounts or other DolarApp users.

  • Withdrawals: Transfers from your DolarApp account to bank accounts or other DolarApp users.

Why Does My DolarApp Account Have Transaction Limits?

Transaction limits are designed to ensure a secure environment for both you and the financial system.

What Is the Default Limit on My DolarApp Account?

  • The default transaction limit for your account is $15,000 USDc, which resets on the 1st of each month.

  • Users in Argentina also have separate transaction limits for operations in Argentine pesos (ARS).

Can I Increase the Default Limit?

Yes, you can increase the default transaction limit. To do so, you simply need to verify the source of your income through the app.

You can submit various types of valid documents to verify your income, which will allow us to validate the origin of your funds.

Follow these steps in the app to request a limit increase:

  1. Open the app

  2. Tap the menu in the top-left corner

  3. Go to Transaction Limits

  4. Tap Increase Limit
