When a transaction is made, the merchant has 30 business days to claim it. If the transaction is not claimed within this period, our system automatically applies a refund after that period.

High-value refund transactions are subject to a review by our teams to prevent any type of fraud and confirm that the operation has not been claimed by the merchant.

If the transaction was not claimed by the merchant, you must wait up to 30 business days to see the transaction reflected in your account.
