2. Verify the Transaction Description
Note that some platforms use different or generic names when processing payments.
If you don’t recognize the charge and don’t remember providing your information to that platform, proceed to the next step.
3. Contact Support and Provide Information
Share the details of the transaction with us via the support chat in the app or by email (help@dolarapp.com):
Amount of the charge.
Date and time of the transaction.
Description or name of the debit.
A screenshot showing the transaction details in the app (optional, but recommended).
