Who Can Use Pix?
Individuals and companies can use Pix, as long as they have a savings account, checking account, or prepaid payment account with an institution that participates in the Pix system.
How to Make a Pix Payment?
For a standard transfer (Pix Key or payment link):
Open the app and go to the “Send” tab.
Select “Brazil-Pix”.
Enter the recipient's Pix Key or payment link.
Enter the amount to be transferred.
Choose the wallet from which the amount will be transferred and click “Continue”.
Review the transfer details and click “Send”.
To transfer to a bank account:
Open the app and go to the “Send” tab.
Select “Brazil-Pix”.
Choose the option “Instead, enter the bank account number”.
Enter the recipient's bank account details and select the account type (Checking or Savings).
Click “Continue” and enter the amount to be transferred.
Choose the wallet that will be used for the transfer and click “Continue”.
Review the transfer details and click “Send”.
How to Receive a Pix Payment?
Open the app and go to the “Receive” tab.
Select “Reais”.
Click the Pix Key you want to share.
Choose from the options: copy key, share, or generate QR Code.
Share the information with the person who will make the Pix payment to you.
