To return a Pix, follow these steps:
Locate the transaction made on your statement and click on it
When viewing the transaction data, at the bottom of the page, click on “Return payment”
Enter the reason for the return if you wish in the blank field
Enter the amount you wish to return
Click on “Send return”
Remember: the option to return a Pix is only available for 90 days after receiving it.
