How to Return a Pix Payment
To return a Pix payment, follow these steps:
Locate the transaction: Find the transaction you want to return in your statement and click on it.
View transaction details: Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click “Return payment”: Select the option to return the payment.
Enter the return details:
Optionally, add a reason for the return in the blank field.
Enter the amount you wish to return.
Confirm the return: Click on "Send return" to complete the process.
Important: You can only return a Pix payment within 90 days of receiving it.
